TheMagicSearch is a product discovery and discussion site for magicians. You can browse the public catalog, search products, read public discussion, and use member features when you create an account.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. Use an email address you can access. Do not impersonate another person, creator, store, or organization.

Comments, reviews, private messages, product submissions, creator claims, price suggestions, video suggestions, and used listings should be honest, relevant, and lawful. Do not post spam, harassment, deceptive listings, malware, private personal data, or content you do not have the right to share.

We may edit labels, hide, remove, or moderate content when needed to protect the catalog and the community. We may also restrict accounts that abuse the site, harass members, post deceptive content, or try to bypass moderation.

Product pages, creator links, prices, videos, store links, and availability are provided for research and discussion. We try to keep the catalog useful, but the information may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

Store links and other outbound links may take you to websites we do not control. Those sites are responsible for their own prices, availability, checkout, shipping, returns, privacy practices, and customer support.

Buy & Sell listings are member-to-member posts. TheMagicSearch is not the seller, buyer, broker, payment processor, shipping provider, escrow service, or dispute-resolution service for these listings.

TheMagicSearch does not collect payment, hold funds, arrange shipping, verify seller identity, inspect items, guarantee item condition, provide buyer protection, provide escrow, or handle refunds, chargebacks, losses, customs issues, delivery problems, or transaction disputes.

If you use Buy & Sell, you are responsible for evaluating the other party, choosing a payment method, understanding any protections offered by that payment platform, keeping records, and deciding whether to proceed. Report suspicious listings or messages so admins can review them.

If you review or discuss a product, disclose meaningful relationships. That includes situations where you created the product, worked on it, sell it, received a review copy, or have another connection that readers would reasonably want to know about.

Our current position on affiliate links, sponsored placement, outbound links, and member listings is on the Disclosures page. If those relationships change, we will update the disclosure page and the relevant link treatment.

TheMagicSearch is provided as-is for discovery, discussion, and community coordination. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing on TheMagicSearch is legal, financial, tax, safety, or professional advice. Use your own judgment before buying, selling, contacting another member, relying on catalog data, or leaving TheMagicSearch for another site.
